The Phase 4 curriculum for Year 9-10 Digital Technologies has landed. Below is a summary of what has changed, what it means for your programme, and how Digication is being built to support you through the transition.

Digital Media and Computer Science have been combined into a unified Digital Technologies strand. It is one of the five discipline-specific strands available to Year 9 and 10 (Phase 4) ākonga.
Ākonga must complete at least two discipline-specific strands at each year level.
The underpinning Design, Make, and Innovate (DMI) strand must be actively woven through the delivery of your chosen discipline-specific strand (e.g., Digital Technologies), rather than taught as a standalone unit.
